Buying Tickets

Based on state guidelines, only California residents may attend events at The Moonlight and social distancing measures between households will be in place.

Due to capacity restrictions and social distancing guidelines, there are limited numbers of tickets in very specific locations available for purchase. Tickets may be purchased online in pod of two. If you require a different number of tickets, our box office representatives will be happy to help you over the phone (760) 724-2110 during business hours (M-F 12pm-5pm). Members of the same household may purchase as many tickets as required together from the box office, but this purchase must be done in one transaction. By purchasing a pair or group of tickets together, you guarantee that all members of your party are of the same household.

Both entrances of the Moonlight will be utilized for our Welcome Back Weekends in May. You may park in the North dirt lot and use the north entrance or the Jim Porter Recreation Center lot and use the south entrance to the Amphitheater.

ADA Parking is located directly next to the north entrance. Parking, as always, is free.

In the Amphitheatre

Per mandate from San Diego County and the California Department of Public Health, cloth facial coverings are required for all guests two years of age and older.

We require a properly worn facial covering to provide service to our guests while visiting the Amphitheatre (exception is when dining). Please bring and wear a protective cloth facial covering without holes or vents—entirely covering the mouth and nose—for each member of your group.

Practice Social Distancing During Your Visit

Maintain a six-foot distance between you and other patrons, and team members. We will have team members dispersed throughout the Amphitheatre to remind guests of social distancing. Please follow their directions to help keep everyone safe and to help keep The Moonlight open.

Restricted Exit and Re-Entry

During our initial re-opening phase, patrons are not permitted to exit and re-enter the Amphitheatre on the same day.

Restroom Renovations

We’re giving our north restrooms a refresh and building additional restrooms on the south side of the Amphitheatre. During our Welcome Back Weekends, the north restrooms may be in the process of renovation. The south restrooms will be open and available, but please plan ahead.

Welcome our New Concessionaire

We’re thrilled to introduce you to Bread and Cheese Eatery! Not only do they offer the World’s Best Grilled Cheese Sandwich (believe us, we’ve tried them), but they also offer melts, fries, cheese curds, tomato soup, hot pretzels with amazing dips, and of course wine and beer.

Food must be enjoyed at your seats.

Plexi-glass has been installed at our concessions, bar areas, and booths and concrete markers have been placed on the ground to designate 6 feet of distance in areas where lines form. Additional cleaning procedures are in place to sanitize the restrooms and high-traffic areas. Between all events, the Amphitheatre is sanitized.
